My experience at the hotel was a mix of positives and a few disappointments. The villa we booked was lovely and spacious, enhanced by a great spa. However, the service had its flaws, especially concerning the availability of basic amenities like water. Overall, while there were great features like a beautiful pool and kid-friendly offerings, there were some areas that could significantly improve, especially for the price we paid.
